This explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. We’re the data controller for wonkypost.com. Contact us about anything here at hello@wonkypost.com.
What we collect
- The photo you upload and the portrait we generate from it.
- Order details — recipient name and delivery address, your inside message, and your email address for the receipt.
- Payment — handled by Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card details.
- Messages you send us via the contact form.
- Usage data — anonymous analytics and advertising measurement (see Cookies below).
Why we use it

- Prodigi — prints and posts the card (receives the portrait and the recipient address).
- Stripe — processes payment.
- Supabase — stores orders and the generated image.
- Resend — sends emails.
- Vercel — hosts the site.
- Umami and the Meta Pixel — analytics and ad measurement.
Cookies and tracking
We use privacy-friendly analytics (Umami) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure visits and ad performance. The Meta Pixel may set cookies and share event data with Meta. You can block cookies in your browser and opt out of personalised ads in your Meta settings.
How long we keep it
We keep order records and generated images for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our legal/accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your photo and personal data at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to certain processing. Email hello@wonkypost.com and we’ll sort it. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
